Tofu hummus.
Ingredients:
- 150 gr. firm tofu
- 1 table spoon olive oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp vegetable milk
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon sugar
Steps:
- Break the tofu in a jar
- Add the other ingredients
- Mix with an immersion blender
- Store in a fridge. It seems to hold well for a week.
Goes very well with crackers, roasted bread and other ways you would ead chees spread or real hummus.
